About the event
Living with cancer — or supporting someone who is — can bring constant stress, worry, and emotional exhaustion. This guided mindfulness practice offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and care for yourself.
During this 45-minute virtual session, you’ll be guided through simple mindfulness practices that help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and bring awareness to the present moment. These practices are especially supportive for people navigating uncertainty, physical discomfort, difficult emotions, or mental fatigue.
No meditation experience is needed. You don’t have to “do it right” or quiet your mind — just show up as you are.
This session is led by led by Kari Lyons-Price, Meditate Wenatchee, a trained Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, and is open to:
People navigating cancer, survivorship, caregiving, and healthcare providers.
Anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stretched.
