Our Team

Meet Marissa, a Wenatchee local and young adult breast cancer survivor whose personal experience fuels her commitment to supporting our cancer community. Marissa brings a strong nonprofit background, with degrees from WVC and WSU and leadership experience including the Numerica Performing Arts Center, 501 Consultants, and several nonprofit boards and committees. Outside of work, Marissa enjoys theater, reading, walking, and traveling with her husband—and believes understanding and compassion are at the heart of meaningful cancer support.

Meet Megan, a licensed mental health counselor who brings over 35 years of theatre experience to her integrative, arts-based approach to supporting our cancer community. With advanced training in creative arts therapies, including Drama Therapy and Psychodrama, Megan blends clinical care with creative expression to support emotional well-being. Her leadership background includes Clinic Administrator at CVCH and founding leader of NCW Arts and Full Circle Theatre Co. Megan is honored to support healing, connection, and resilience through compassionate, community-based care.

Meet Rosa, a WHS graduate and breast cancer survivor whose lived experience fuels her passion for supporting individuals and families navigating cancer. Rosa brings extensive client support experience, including a strong background at AT&T, and is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse community with care and clarity. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, and spending time with her two children—and is deeply committed to empowering others through compassion, resilience, and access to supportive resources.
