Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-Week Course

EVERY TUESDAY, March 3rd - April 21 @ 4:00pm - 6:30pm

+ RETREAT DAY on Saturday, April 11 on Zoom

The practices build on each other week by week so be sure you can make it to 90% of the sessions.
