About
Living with cancer or supporting someone who is can bring ongoing stress, worry, and emotional fatigue. This guided mindfulness session offers a gentle space to pause, breathe, and care for yourself.
During this 45-minute virtual session, Kari Lyons-Price of Meditate Wenatchee will guide us through simple mindfulness practices designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and bring awareness to the present moment. These practices can be especially helpful when navigating uncertainty, physical discomfort, or difficult emotions.
There’s no right or wrong way to participate - just come as you are.
Who is this practice for?
This group is for anyone impacted by cancer, from diagnosis to survivorship, caregivers, loved ones, and healthcare providers. No meditation experience needed! If you are curious about mindfulness or are experienced and looking to continue the practice, this class is for you.
